The indoor barn features 318 permanent 10’x10′ stalls with asphalt flooring. The outdoor barns feature 152 permanent 8’x10′ stalls with dirt flooring. Shavings, electric hookups, and showers are available.

All layovers are required to use shavings.

Advanced reservations and health certificate/coggins papers are required for all layovers. As an event driven facility, available dates and stall locations may vary. The outdoor open arena may be used to exercise your horse(s). The indoor arena is available by appointment only at additional cost.

Halverson appointed OEAA Executive Director

Press Release: The Board of Directors of The Ohio Equine & Agriculture Association is pleased to welcome David J. Halverson as Executive Director of the Champions Center, a state-of-the-art livestock exposition complex located on the Clark County Fairgrounds campus. Mr. Halverson, recently of Ackley, Iowa, brings fourteen years of experience to the position, having directed All-Phase Arena in Minnesota, Kirkwood Community College’s Iowa Equestrian Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the Ag & Renewable Energy Center as well as Ellsworth’s Equestrian Center, in Iowa Falls, Iowa.

According to OEAA Board President Larry Krugh, “Dave’s background in managing all aspects of three different livestock and equine arenas, as well as his experience in the funding and financial aspects of facilities like the Champions Center makes him uniquely qualified for this position. The board and staff are very excited to welcome him to Springfield, and we’re looking forward to his expert leadership and positive energy as the Champions Center enters a new level of growth and community involvement.”
